These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Member", or "Player") and bub88 (hereinafter referred to as "bub88", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the bub88 website located at https://bub88.app, including all sub-pages, services, games, betting markets, payment functions, promotional offers, and support channels made available through that domain.

By accessing the bub88 platform in any capacity — whether by browsing pages without an account, registering a new account, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotional offer — you confirm and declare that:

• Sole account holder: You may hold only one registered account on the bub88 platform. The account must be registered in your own legal name and accessed only by you personally.

bub88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and to suspend access to an account pending completion of verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure and the return of any unplayed deposit balance, less any applicable processing fees.

bub88 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. If we determine that a minor has accessed the platform and placed wagers, all funds associated with that account — including deposited amounts and any resulting winnings — will be forfeited, the account will be permanently closed, and the matter may be referred to appropriate authorities.

You must ensure that all registration information remains current and accurate throughout your membership. Any changes to your personal details must be reported to bub88 support promptly.

Upon successful registration, bub88 will assign you an account. You are responsible for selecting a strong, unique password for your account. bub88 strongly recommends using a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numerals, and special characters. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

bub88 reserves the right to carry out enhanced Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures on any account at any time. This may include, but is not limited to, requesting a copy of a government-issued photo identity document, proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts subject to KYC review may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Any account found to have been registered using false, incomplete, or misleading information will be closed immediately. bub88 reserves the right to void all wagers placed and forfeit all balances held in such accounts.

bub88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All financial transactions on the bub88 platform are conducted in BDT. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are communicated within the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time.

All deposits must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name and linked to your verified bub88 account. bub88 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment source not registered in the account holder's name will be reversed and the corresponding deposit transaction voided.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. bub88 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission, subject to successful completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements. In practice, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically completed within 2–5 hours during normal operating periods.

bub88 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits, request additional verification, or delay processing of withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, account compromise, or breach of these Terms. Withdrawal fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed in the cashier section at the time of the withdrawal request. bub88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network downtime, or bank processing times beyond our operational control.

bub88 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, tournament prizes, seasonal offers, and other incentive programmes to eligible members. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail only to the extent of the conflict.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms applicable to a specific offer, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bub88 promotions:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
• Bonuses are issued to a single eligible account per individual, per household address, per device, and per payment method. Creating additional accounts to claim multiple bonus allocations constitutes fraud.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the bub88 platform.
• bub88 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated wagering, arbitrage betting across accounts, or exploitation of promotional terms — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, voiding of associated winnings, and potential account closure.
• Promotional offers are valid only for the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account wallet.

As a registered member of bub88, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with these Terms, applicable laws, and the spirit of fair play. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds; providing false identity documentation; impersonating another person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market available on the platform.
• Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place wagers, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploitation of errors: Taking deliberate advantage of software bugs, pricing errors in odds, or any technical malfunction. bub88 reserves the right to void any transaction completed under circumstances that a reasonable person would recognise as an error.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communications toward bub88 staff or other platform users through any channel.
• Money laundering: Using the bub88 platform to launder funds or to conceal the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or under any false identity.

bub88 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review procedures to detect prohibited conduct. If your account is flagged for investigation, bub88 may temporarily restrict your ability to deposit, withdraw, or wager pending the outcome of that review. We will endeavour to complete all investigations promptly and will communicate outcomes to affected account holders within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request closure of your bub88 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, bub88 will process any pending withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

bub88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct;
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the timeframe specified;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• A determination that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• Any other circumstance in which bub88 determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, its users, or third parties.

In the event that bub88 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, bub88 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, all balances — including deposited funds and winnings — may be forfeited in their entirety. bub88 will communicate the reason for any account closure to the account holder unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation or legal process.

The bub88 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bub88 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, accurate odds, and reliable payment processing, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bub88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the bub88 platform;
• Any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation of the platform;
• Any loss of data, winnings, or funds resulting from technical failure, unauthorised account access, or payment processing errors beyond bub88's direct control;
• Any decision made by you in reliance on information, odds, or content displayed on the platform;
• Any third-party payment processor failure, mobile network interruption, or banking system outage affecting deposit or withdrawal transactions.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bub88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer where such rights apply.

bub88 shall not be responsible for any tax liabilities incurred by you as a result of winnings or transactions conducted on the platform. You are solely responsible for determining and meeting any tax obligations applicable to your gaming activity under the laws of Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction applicable to you.

These Terms and Conditions, together with bub88's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bub88 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements on the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
